This whisky was conceived by Dr. Bill as he sat at home, snowed in, thinking about a whisky for such an occasion. The goal was to get the feeling of a cold day out before transferring to the stove at home. Bill de decided to give this 13-year-old whisky a finish in Marsala wine barrels from Sicily. This creates a whisky with notes of fruit and honey, which builds up in strength and brings a hint of cocoa. In the aftertaste we even find notes of red peppers, nuts, toffee and spices such as: cinnamon, cloves and ginger. A whisky that feels like a warm blanket on cold days.
