Bunnahabhain 2007 Signatory Vintage 12Y Signatory Cask Strength Collection.
The Bunnahabhain distillery is located in the northeast of the island of Islay on the water that separates the islands of Islay and Jura. The distillery is the most northerly of the island and has a beautiful view of the “Paps of Jura”. Bunnahabhain comes from Gaelic and means “Mouth of the river”. The distillery is built at the mouth of the Margadele River.
Since its founding in 1988, Signatory Vintage has grown into one of the 3 largest independent bottlers of single malt whisky. The company based in Pitlochry, Scotland, has now launched around 7,000 bottlings. Among them many special ones, such as the Springbank 1969 which with 96 points is one of the three highest rated drams on Whiskybase. The company is also known for the beautiful bottles from the Cask Strength Collection.
