Their first Casks of their Whisky were laid down on 26th May 2016.The inaugural release of their single malt whisky (The First) was bottled three years later in September of 2019.This is a small batch single malt whisky from Bimber distillery. Matured exclusively in re-charred oak casks. This is the second whisky release from Bimber. This one of 5000 bottles from batch #1.
