How to order from The Whisky Wallet?
Ordering via our webshop is the quickest and simplest way of purchasing from The Whisky Wallet.
Your data is fully secured as we use SSL encryption methods. It is important to note that your credit card information is passed straight on to our payment gateway and is not stored by us at any time.
Simply use the quick search or menu to find the Whisky you need and click ‘Add to Basket’. Once you’re happy with your chosen product(s), simply click ‘Your Basket’ from the menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
You’ll receive an order acknowledgement with your orders details, which later will be followed by our order confirmation. We’ll keep you up to date, every step of the way, until your order is shipped and on its way to your doorstep via on-line trackable delivery.

The Whisky Wallet is able to deliver to Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Greenland), Greece, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain and the UK.

Standard delivery and applicable delivery restrictions
Our standard deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday – To ensure successful delivery, someone of legal age must be present to sign for the parcel.
Provided we have the product in stock, all orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
Orders with Post Box Numbers as delivery addresses will not be dispatched and processing will be delayed while we contact you for a valid delivery address.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?
The Whisky Wallet is a safe and secure place for you to shop online. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to transmit credit card information and your personal information.This means that all information is encrypted as it transfers via the internet and lands on a secure server when it arrives.
We do not store your credit card details in our system.
What is the purchase price currency?
All prices found on thewhiskywallet.com are listed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT, exclusive of shipping.
International orders will be calculated via our shops integrated currency converter, although the actual international currency conversion that your bank charges may vary.
Will I have to pay any international taxes and Excise Duty?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped.
The Whisky Wallet cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. The customer will be solely responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs authority/office to obtain correct information based on your location. Note, in rare occasions customs may delay delivery of some packages.
If you refuse a shipment, upon arrival of the shipment in your country, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees, duties and/or taxes that incurred. Please also note that costs for returning the package to The Whisky Wallet, will be deducted from your credit note.
Orders & Returns
I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately it isn’t possible to add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the additional item.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you haven’t processed your payment, you can contact us to cancel your order via email@example.com.
If the payment of your order has already been processed, it’s unfortunately too late to cancel it.
Do I need an account to place an order?
We support a guest checkout option, which doesn’t require our customers to create an account. As a result it is possible to make a purchase from our store without logging in to an account or saving any information. Your information is applied to one order only, and is not stored for further reuse.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive an order confirmation email, once your order has been shipped, that contains your tracking information. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk mail / spam folder as it can sometimes get filed there.
I haven’t received my order yet. Where is my order?
All of our orders are processed Monday to Friday and we try to ship within 48 hours of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends (Sat/Sun) or Public Holidays. Need additional information?
